Project Progress 

 "My Home" has a number of housing projects that are active at different stages of development. Sites are across the Perth metropolitan area and WA regional centres.

LAND: identify site opportunities, confirm land leases and planning approvals

CONSTRUCT: source capital works funding and construct the houses

HANDOVER: hand over the houses to a Community Housing Provider partner for management of property and tenants.
